Shannon O’Shea Darsch is a complex commercial litigation attorney in the firm’s West Palm Beach office. She focuses her practice on a wide variety of litigation matters, including matters related to business disputes, employment law, product liability, contract, and federal consumer finance laws. Her recent experience has focused on employment law, where she has assisted clients with defending against discrimination claims, as well as harassment, hostile work environment and retaliation claims. In addition, Shannon has wide-ranging state and federal appellate experience.
Prior to joining the firm, Shannon clerked for judges at the district and appellate level. While clerking with the federal district and circuit court, Shannon drafted numerous opinions and was exposed to complex litigation in many different areas of the law, including health care fraud, class action litigation, immigration matters, labor and employment discrimination claims, business disputes, employee wages and benefits matters, mass tort litigation, insurance coverage, securities, and consumer finance actions. Shannon has also participated in trials and hearings on a wide variety of issues. While with the state appellate court, Shannon authored numerous bench memoranda on various civil and criminal law issues relating to evidentiary rulings, statutory and contractual interpretation, and employment discrimination claims.
