James Z. Foster is a litigation associate in the Litigation Practice. James focuses on complex litigation matters, with an emphasis on pharmaceutical and medical device litigation. He has handled matters involving women’s reproductive health, hernia mesh, hormone therapy, chemotherapy, and proton-pump inhibitors. James offers clients representation that benefits from deep experience with challenging scientific issues. He manages and litigates complex matters in state and federal courts and handles multi-district and consolidated litigation matters.
