  • Advised British Land on its £3.5 billion joint venture with GIC for its holdings in the Broadgate Estate in the City of London, its £1.2 billion joint venture with J Sainsbury, its joint venture with Oxford Properties to develop the Leadenhall Building and its £472 million sale of Ropemaker Place.°
  • Advised Westfield on its $16 billion takeover by Unibail-Rodamco.
  • Advised Westfield on its £1.75 billion joint venture with CPP and APG in respect of the Westfield Stratford City development, its £1.05 billion joint venture with Queensland Investment Corporation regarding the Merry Hill Shopping Centre, its joint venture with Hammerson for a £1 billion redevelopment of Croydon retail centre and the formation of its £540 million UK shopping centre fund.°
  • Advised Delancey on the establishment of DV4, its £1 billion evergreen property fund.°
  • Advised DV4 on the sale of Milton Homes to, and reverse takeover of, City of London Group plc.
  • Advised Royal Bank of Scotland on the £1 billion sale of 25 Canada Square, Canary Wharf.°
  • Advised Gencom and Benchmark on their investment in etc. venues.
  • Advised Cain International on its investment in AllBright.
  • Advised Brockton on the formation of its first, second and third funds° and the investment by Alony-Hetz Property and Investments of up to £340m in the new Brockton Everlast company.
  • Advised Heron Group in relation to the Heron Tower (now known as the Salesforce Tower).
  • Advised Wichford plc on its admission to the official list of the London Stock Exchange, its subsequent secondary fund raisings and its merger with Redefine International plc.°
