• Advised GLP Poland on the acquisition of two logistics warehouses in Janki near Warsaw. The properties have a total area of 37,600 sq. m.
• Advised Madison International Realty, the majority shareholder of Capital Park S.A., on the sale of certain assets of the group as part of a management buy-out co-financed by Europi Property Group, Capital Park’s minority shareholder.
• Advised AT Capital Group in connection with the acquisition of a real estate property situated at the intersection of Grzybowska and Żelazna in the Wola district of Warsaw from Golub Gethouse. 
• Advised Trigea Nemovitostni Fond, Sicav, A.S. in connection with the acquisition of a warehouse park located in Wrocław, with a total lease area of 38,178 sq. m.
• Advised global real assets investment manager CBRE Investment Management (CBREIM) throughout the year on closing in stages on some 49 premium logistics assets across Europe and the United States. In Europe, this landmark deal is one of the largest real estate transactions executed in 2022.
• Advised Dom Development Group in connection with the acquisition of 100% ownership stake in BUMA Group’s residential portfolio from Giovanni Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty.
• Advised EQT Exeter in connection with the acquisition of a Polish logistics portfolio consisting of selected 5 class-A warehouse projects located in the vicinity of Poland’s key regional cities.
• Advised the Turley family, Irish investors, in connection with the acquisition of the West House 1b and West House 1a office buildings in Wrocław from Archiom, a Polish developer.
• Advised the Turley family, Irish investors, in connection with the acquisition of the Wilcza House office building in Warsaw and the Carrefour Chojnice Shopping Center from Caelum Development.
• Advised Golub GetHouse, as the landlord, on a lease agreement concluded with mBank for office space in the Mennica Legacy Tower complex in Warsaw. In 2019 this was the largest lease transaction in the history of the Polish office space market.
• Advised IREEF managed by Invesco Real Estate in connection with the sale of the Crown Square office building to M&A Capital.
• Advised LCN Capital Partners in connection with the acquisition of Przystanek mBank, an office building located in Łódź, Poland. This was one of the largest transactions of 2017 conducted in a regional city in Poland.
• Advised Golub GetHouse, as the landlord, in connection with the lease concluded with WeWork, a global leader in flexible workspace, which became the exclusive tenant of office space in the Western Building of the Mennica Legacy Tower complex.
  
• Advised Rockcastle Global Real Estate in connection with the acquisition of Bonarka City Center - a shopping center located in Kraków. The value of the transaction was EUR 361 million, which made it the largest single real estate transaction in Poland in terms of price in 2016.
