Simon Harms is an Associate in firm’s the Antitrust Litigation & Competition Regulation Group. He advises clients on all aspects of UK and EU competition law, including UK / EU behavioural antitrust issues and worldwide merger control matters.
In particular, Simon has considerable experience in managing and coordinating worldwide merger control filings for multi-national transactions, with recent experience of the CMA and EUMR merger control regimes.
On the behavioural side, Simon has assisted clients in relation to investigations conducted by competition law enforcement bodies in the UK and the US. In addition, he also regularly advises on UK and EU regulatory matters, public procurement and regulated utilities.
Simon's experience spans a wide range of industries, including fast food franchising, consumer goods, crop protection, financial services, construction equipment, shipping, medical devices and the UK water sector.
