Iksoo Kim represents issuers and underwriters in a wide variety of capital markets transactions, including registered and unregistered offerings of equity, debt and hybrid securities by U.S. and Korean corporations, banks, and governmental entities. He also has broad experience representing strategic and private equity clients in a number of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions.
