Ilene K. Kobert


Ilene Kobert concentrates her practice in various areas of commercial real estate law, representing land owners and developers, tenants, buyers and sellers. Her work includes negotiation of ground leases, built to suit leases and space leases, as well as the acquisition, disposition, and development of numerous asset classes in Florida and nationwide. Ilene has wide-ranging experience counseling national retailers on the acquisition and development of shopping center pads, including the negotiation of Master Covenants and REAs. She is currently representing a large QSR franchisee in the acquisition and development of restaurant sites.

Ilene’s wide-ranging experience includes counseling clients on retail and restaurant deals, including international QSR companies, fine dining establishments and national retailers. Before joining Greenberg Traurig, Kobert was in-house counsel at Burger King Corporation.
