Liana M. Kozlowski

Liana M. Kozlowski provides counsel to property owners and businesses throughout all stages of property development and management, with a particular focus on compliance with local building and life safety codes as well as federal and state accessibility regulations.

As part of this representation, Liana routinely provides defense counsel in administrative proceedings and federal litigation involving claims brought under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Housing Act, and other accessibility and disability rights laws. She also helps businesses identify and develop strategies for implementing accessibility policies and procedures.

Prior to her legal career, Liana was a reporter for The Miami Herald, where she spent eight years covering local government matters throughout Miami-Dade County.
