Daniela Krinshpun focuses her practice on financing matters, particularly commercial real estate transactions, construction financing, middle market and asset based loans, refinancings, and acquisitions. She advises banks, lending funds, and real estate developers in both financing and corporate transactions. Daniela is experienced with preparing mortgage and related security documents for large real estate financing transactions. Daniela also advises real estate owners on purchase, sale, leasing, and joint venture matters.

Daniela co-authored the New Jersey chapter of the American Bar Association’s Commercial Lending Law, Second Edition: A Jurisdiction-by-Jurisdiction Guide to U.S. and Canadian Law Experience.

  • Represented Fortune 500 power company as borrower in $1 billion senior secured term loan facility with a lending syndicate led by a global investment banking and securities firm.°
  • Represented Fortune 500 power company as borrower in $360 million senior secured financing with a lending syndicate led by a global investment banking and securities firm.°
  • Represented major international bank as agent in $5 billion unsecured term loan financing for a specialty chemical company.°
  • Prepared forty mortgages over retail department store chain’s leased and fee-owned stores for the benefit of an international financial services group as agent in connection with a $450 million senior secured financing.°
  • Represented global banking and financial services company in the $280 million multicurrency financing of the acquisition of an oil and gas safety services company.°
  • Represented global oil and gas well services company in connection with initial private placement of senior secured notes in the U.S. market.°
  • Represented private equity fund on behalf of a syndicate of lenders in the out-of-court debt and equity restructuring of a portfolio company.°
