Jennifer M. Little

Jennifer M. Little focuses her practice on regulatory and compliance matters affecting the health care industry. Jennifer counsels clients on Medicare and Medicaid certification issues, including fraud and abuse and reimbursement developments, and on issues related to licensure and HIPAA. She also represents clients before judicial and administrative tribunals and advises them on a range of business arrangements impacted by governmental restrictions. Jennifer’s practice also extends to governmental relations where she advises clients on legislative initiatives before the Colorado General Assembly.

Jennifer’s understanding of the health care system and the legal framework connected to it makes her an asset to clients. She utilizes her prior in-house legal experience to serve her clients’ business objectives while appropriately managing their legal risk in the heavily regulated health care environment.
