Dennis P. Malloy is an associate and registered patent attorney in the Intellectual Property & Technology Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Chicago office. His practice spans all traditional areas of intellectual property law, including patent, trademark, and copyright counseling and enforcement. His practice has a particular focus on patent preparation and prosecution including invention harvesting, assisting clients with patent strategies, and obtaining high quality patents. Dennis provides technical and legal analysis on issues such as patentability, non-infringement, invalidity, and competitive patent portfolio reviews. In addition, Dennis has handled a number of matters involving patent and trademark litigation, brand management, and trademark portfolio development as well as counseling clients on domestic and international design rights.
