Michael P. Manning has wide-ranging experience in real estate and complex commercial litigation.
He also represents financial institutions, broker-dealers and their employees in arbitrations and mediations before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) (which combined the arbitration and enforcement functions of the New York Stock Exchange and the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc.) and other self-regulatory organizations. Additionally, he has experience representing nationally-recognized institutional lenders in contested commercial mortgage foreclosures, distressed loan workouts, restructures, creditors' rights and insolvency issues.
In 2007, Michael became one of the first attorneys in New York to be certified by the U.S. Green Building Council as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design(LEED®) Accredited Professional.
