Deepi K. Miller is a business litigator and regulatory attorney. Her practice focuses on complex business matters, representing clients in all phases of commercial litigation and regulatory compliance issues. Deepi litigates breach of fiduciary duty and professional liability claims, business tort issues, Proposition 65 and other consumer product matters, property of the bankruptcy estate disputes, real estate development matters, and intellectual property claims. Her financial services practice covers class action consumer fraud claims challenging banking practices and policies. Deepi’s litigation experience covers motion practice, discovery procedures, mediation, and appeals, as well as enforcement of judgments, in federal, state, and bankruptcy courts.
Deepi has wide-ranging experience advising clients on regulatory compliance issues in California, including but not limited to Proposition 65.
She also has deep corporate counseling experience, including with SEC compliance. She conducts corporate internal investigations as part of her defense of individuals against allegations of insider trading and fraud by the SEC.
