Danielle K. Muenzfeld focuses her practice on government contracts litigation and counseling. Danielle advises on a broad spectrum of government procurement issues including bid protests, claims and disputes, and investigations. Danielle also counsels on mergers and acquisitions involving government contractors. Prior to joining the firm, Danielle served as assistant general counsel at the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) and as an advisor to GSA’s Agency Protest Official, Senior Procurement Executive, and Suspension and Debarment Official. Danielle has broad experience with suspension and debarment matters.

  • Represented Centre Partners in connection with its acquisition of the IMA Group, a national provider of medical and psychological evaluations and case review services.
  • Successfully defended two protests filed at the U.S. Government Accountability Office which challenged award decisions in a $1.7 billion procurement.°
