Brenda M. Saavedra represents clients in various aspects of real estate transactions, including commercial and residential acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financings. She represents owners and developers of hotels, shopping centers, office buildings, multi-family apartments, and residential and commercial condominiums in connection with the acquisition, development, financing and disposition of various real estate projects. She handles numerous title examinations and preparations of opinions of title for submission to city and county governments in connection with land use and zoning entitlements.
