Nicolas Wettstädt


Nicolas Wettstädt is an associate in the infrastructure group. He advises public organizations and companies in the fields of public law and public procurement law.

He primarily advises on complex infrastructure projects and particularly focuses on the structuring and implementation of PPP road projects as well as on federal, constitutional, administrative and tax issues in the introduction of the infrastructure levy. In addition, he has experience in the areas of administrative law, budgetary law, public and private construction law, environmental protection law and the contractual definition of cooperation between the public and private sectors.
