The annual Civic Luncheon is in celebration of The Salvation Army’s programs and services, and will honor the recipients of The Salvation Army’s prestigious William Booth Award and “Others” award. Honorees are recognized on an annual basis because they exemplify the spirit of our founder, William Booth, by putting others first. This year's speaker is Former First Lady Laura W. Bush.
