AIPLA 2020 Spring Meeting

GT Shareholder Steve Baird (MSP) will be a speaker at the AIPLA 2020 Spring Meeting on May 6–8 in San Antonio, Texas. The meeting will feature diverse, global community of law firms, companies, and institutions involved in the practice of patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, and other unfair competition laws. Steve’s presentation is titled “Playing with Fire: Using Your Competitor’s Trademark and the Nominative Fair Use Defense.”
