Greenberg Traurig LLP has expanded its global corporate and securities practice with a former Saiber LLC attorney who has an extensive repertoire in business planning, banking, finance, management buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, and spinoffs.
Seth E. Zuckerman joined as a shareholder in Greenberg Traurig's Florham Park, New Jersey, outpost, the firm said in a statement Tuesday.
He made the career move on the heels of a banner year in which he closed the sales of four insurance agencies, a car rental company to a national buyer, and an aviation repair and manufacturing business to a private equity fund, representing the sellers, according to Zuckerman. Greenberg Traurig beckoned, he said, because of the reputation and growth of its corporate practice.
