Greenberg Traurig LLP has welcomed a former Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft LLP partner with extensive experience before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and state utilities commissions to its Washington, D.C., and Boston offices, the firm said Monday.
Gregory Lawrence, the former co-head of Cadwalader’s renewables team, joined Greenberg Traurig’s global energy and infrastructure practice, where he looks to expand an energy-focused practice that already includes major deals, regulatory proceedings, securities and white collar work.
