WASHINGTON D.C. – Oct. 17, 2016 – A team from global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, led by shareholder Fiorello “Rico” Vicencio, Jr., represented privately-held Higher Logic, a cloud-based community engagement platform based in Arlington, VA, in its capital raise of $55 million from growth equity firm JMI Equity.

Vicencio, a member of the firm’s Corporate & Securities transactional practice in the Washington, D.C. metro area, said, “We are very pleased to be able to play a role in this important transaction for Higher Logic. We look forward to continued collaboration with our valued client.”
