Greenberg Traurig Shareholder Angelika Hunnefeld Appointed Chair of FBA-ILS’s International Law Committee

MIAMI Feb. 18, 2016Angelika Hunnefeld, a shareholder in the Miami Litigation Practice of international law firm Greenberg Traurig, P.A., has been appointed Chair of the International Law Committee, a group that is part of the Federal Bar Association’s (FBA) International Law Section.

As Chair of the International Law Committee, Hunnefeld will help to promote and develop the FBA International Law Section through various activities, including the co-sponsorship of a CLE program within the FBA’s South Florida Chapter. Hunnefeld will serve as Chair through October 2016.

“I am honored to be a part of the International Law Committee’s executive board and I look forward to raising membership awareness and participation to further the growth of the International Law Section,” Hunnefeld said.

At Greenberg Traurig, Hunnefeld focuses her practice in the areas of commercial litigation, international business arbitration and compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). She is experienced in matters involving multi-jurisdictional issues, enforcement of foreign judgments and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards.
