8 Greenberg Traurig Attorneys Recognized in 2016 Who’s Who Legal “Labour, Employment & Benefits” List

NEW YORK – April 1, 2016 – Peter W. Zinober, Laurent Badoux, Jordan W. Cowman, Naomi Feinstein, Joseph Z. Fleming, Robert M. Goldich, Richard C. McCrea Jr., and Todd D. Wozniak, shareholders with international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, have been featured in the 2016 Who’s Who Legal: “Labour, Employment & Benefits” 2016 list. According to the Who’s Who Legal website, the publication identifies the foremost legal practitioners in various areas of law and features the world’s leading private practice lawyers in more than 100 countries.

Zinober is a shareholder in the firm’s Tampa and Orlando offices and co-chair of the Global Labor & Employment Practice. He concentrates his practice on the defense of employment discrimination cases in state and federal court, both jury and non-jury, as well as wage and hour, disability discrimination, Sarbanes-Oxley, Dodd-Frank, and other whistleblower defense, age and all other types of employment litigation, as well as traditional labor law.

Badoux is chair of the Phoenix Labor & Employment Practice and splits his time between the firm’s Las Vegas and Phoenix offices. He focuses his practice on domestic and international labor and employment law, with an emphasis on compensation and employee relations issues. He has a broad range of litigation experience that includes collective and class actions, collective bargaining agreement arbitration, unfair labor practice trials, discrimination lawsuits, and the defense of administrative charges involving various state and federal agencies across the United States.

Cowman is a shareholder in the firm's Dallas office and a member of the firm's Labor & Employment Practice. Board Certified in Labor & Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1993, his practice is focused on all aspects of employment law, and Cowman has extensive experience in cross-border corporate compliance, employee relations and collective bargaining, complex transnational mergers and acquisitions, international agreements, and public international law and policy.

Feinstein is a shareholder in the firm’s London office and a member of the firm's Labor & Employment Practice. She is experienced in dealing with virtually all aspects of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious, including transactional work. She has particular experience advising on employment issues arising from mergers and acquisitions (including coordinating employment advice on cross-border sales and acquisitions) and on the employment aspects of business restructurings and reorganizations.

Fleming, a shareholder in the firm’s Miami office and member of the firm’s Labor & Employment and Litigation practices, represents a diverse group of clients, including governmental entities, national and international airlines, utilities companies, land developers, and mining interests in issues of labor and employment matters, workplace safety, hazardous-waste regulatory and insurance matters, environmental and land use, and complex international litigation. He is also the past management chair of the ABA's International Labor and Employment Law Committee of the Labor and Employment Law Section.

Goldich is a shareholder in the firm’s Philadelphia office and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice. He has more than 30 years of experience as a labor and employment lawyer and litigator representing employers in all aspects of labor and employee relations, including general employment counseling, employment contract negotiation, collective bargaining negotiations, labor arbitration, and the representation of employers in administrative and courtroom litigation. His practice is currently concentrated in areas of complex employment and ERISA litigation.

McCrea, a shareholder in the firm’s Tampa office and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice, is a jury trial lawyer specializing in employment, civil rights, and restrictive covenant litigation. He is past chair of the Labor & Employment Section, Labor & Employment Law Certification Committee, and Board of Legal Specialization and Education of The Florida Bar.

Wozniak is a shareholder in the firm’s Atlanta office and member of the firm’s Labor & Employment and Litigation practices. He is a trial lawyer who defends employers, benefit plan sponsors, fiduciaries, and public institutions throughout the United States in complex employment, ERISA, and business disputes. He is experienced in benefits, wage and hour, whistleblower, discrimination, plant closing, trade secret, and noncompete litigation. During his career, Wozniak has successfully defended more than 20 class actions and tried more than 40 cases or arbitrations to verdict. His practice is focused on complex employment and ERISA class action litigation.
