MIAMI – June 8, 2016 – Danielle N. Garno, a shareholder in the Miami Litigation Practice of international law firm Greenberg Traurig, P.A., recently spoke at one of Miami Fashion Week’s Master Classes. Garno participated in the June 4 panel discussion, "The New Dress For Success."
Garno discussed topics such as fashion do’s and don’ts in the workplace, how to dress professionally on a budget, and what to wear for a job interview. Fellow panelists included fashion blogger Ginger Harris, "Boss in Heels" career coach Heather Monahan, and global fashion blogger Mariah Bernardes.
“Miami is truly emerging as a fashion hub,” Garno said. “Miami Fashion Week’s Master Classes offered valuable insight for fashion designers and members of the fashion community, who are continuing to lead the development of this industry in South Florida.”
At Greenberg Traurig, Garno focuses her law practice on issues faced by the fashion community, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, trademark infringement, anti-counterfeiting, employment, and general business litigation. Her practice also includes working on complex civil litigation with an emphasis on white-collar defense and fraud actions.
