Greenberg Traurig to Sponsor Atlanta-Israel FinTech Innovation Conference

ATLANTA – June 27, 2016 – Greenberg Traurig, LLP will be hosting and co-sponsoring a unique event bringing together leading FinTech companies from Atlanta and Israel June 28-29. With the firm's involvement led by Atlanta Shareholder David Schulman, the event aims to match Atlanta-based international FinTech corporations with cutting-edge Israeli technology companies in the field, including companies that offer card processing, electronic billing, and multi-channel solutions to the banking industry, as well as personal financial planning, data and risk analytics, and anti-fraud services. On the U.S. side, 16 companies have confirmed their attendance, along with 12 companies from Israel. 

Schulman, a native speaker of Hebrew and frequent visitor to Israel, has more than 22 years of experience representing both Israeli companies in the United States, as well as American corporations with respect to their inbound activities in Israel. Schulman is a technology attorney with extensive experience structuring and negotiating complex FinTech and eCommerce transactions, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, strategic alliances, and joint ventures.
