Hawa will moderate the panel, “The ‘C-Level’ Panel: Colo Growth Strategy & Where are You Finding New Revenue Sources?” Nov. 16 at 9:30 a.m. The panelists will discuss “white glove” services strategy, growth plans, increasing operations efficiency, and adapting the cloud to customers, among other related topics.

Naughton will moderate the panel, “Evaluating Your Physical Expansion Options…. Should You Build New or Colocate? One Large Data Center vs. Smaller Scattered Sites? Rightsize vs. Big Shell?” Nov. 16 at 12:30 p.m. The discussion will review total cost of ownership versus transforming a raw space and running an operation; the decision matrix between IT and finance; and the impact of the budget, among other correlated topics.

He regularly advises public and private companies, private equity firms, investment banks, and creditors’ committees on a variety of matters, including mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcies and restructurings, investments, financing arrangements, licensing agreements, and commercial transactions.
