Greenberg Traurig to Participate in the Commercial Finance Association’s Annual Convention

CHICAGO – Nov. 6, 2017 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP is a sponsor of the Commercial Finance Association’s (CFA) 73rd Annual Convention, Nov. 8-10, at the Sheraton Grand in Chicago. The CFA’s Annual Convention brings top thought leaders, regulators, and business innovators to bring focus to the opportunities and challenges ahead. Additionally, Bethani R. Oppenheimer, an associate in the firm’s Atlanta office, will speak.

Oppenheimer will moderate an informative panel during the Women in Commercial Finance Reception on negotiating tactics featuring winners from CFA's 40 Under 40 Awards. Additionally, Oppenheimer will introduce the panel “A View from the Top: Large ABL Lenders,” which will review what is different now in ABL from before, what observations they have as an "outsider" coming in, and how ABL has changed.

Oppenheimer is an associate in the firm’s Financial Institutions Practice. She focuses her practice on representing banks and other financial institutions in a variety of asset-based lending transactions, including loan syndications and participations, revolving and term loan facilities, secured and unsecured credit facilities, intercreditor arrangements, and acquisition financings.

David B. Kurzweil, shareholder, co-chair of the Financial Institutions Practice and chair of the Atlanta Restructuring & Bankruptcy Practice, is a longtime CFA member. He is a member of the CFA’s Executive Committee.
