Phillip C. Gildan Leads Public Private Partnership (P3) Study Groups at Harvard Kennedy School

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – Dec. 11, 2017 – Phillip C. Gildan, Shareholder in the West Palm Beach office of global law firm Greenberg Traurig P.A., has led several Public Private Partnership (P3) Study Groups at the Harvard Kennedy School’s Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business and Government during the 2017 academic year on the following topics:

He also had the privilege of acting as a guest lecturer on November 21, 2017, for the Kennedy School of Government’s course on Advanced Risk Management and Infrastructure Finance.

Through lectures and other efforts, Gildan aims to provide meaningful insight regarding the partnership of government and business entities in the critical area of public infrastructure delivery. Having had a role in successful Public Private Partnerships (P3s) and traditional public infrastructure delivery methods, Gildan has seen the positive effects P3s provide many cities and other government entities in appropriate situations.

Gildan, who is an alumnus of Harvard Law School and Dartmouth College, has extensive experience in public infrastructure development, financing, P3s, municipalization and privatization of public infrastructure, mergers and acquisitions, and counseling a variety of industries on strategic, business, finance, governance and transactional matters. His industry experience focuses on public proprietary infrastructure businesses, covering the full range of revenue producing public assets.
