LONDON – 2 March 2017 – Greenberg Traurig London, the UK office of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP has advised Rentokil Initial plc (“Rentokil”) on its joint venture with PCI Pest Control Pvt. Ltd., creating the largest provider of pest control services and products in India.
The expectation is for the transaction to close later this month. Greenberg Traurig London has represented Rentokil over the past several years in a steady stream of transactions.
