Greenberg Traurig’s Koichiro Ohashi to Speak at a Taste of FinTech From 2 Angles ... and 2 Sides of The World

LUXEMBOURG - March 14, 2017- Koichiro Ohashi, shareholder in the Tokyo office of international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, will participate in a program titled, “A Taste of FinTech From 2 Angles ... and 2 Sides of The World” March 14 in Luxembourg. The discussion will address the challenges and opportunities of Fintech in Luxembourg and Japan. 

Ohashi focuses his practice on representing clients in a variety of financial matters, including cross-border and domestic banking, capital market transactions, fund and investment management matters (private equities, hedge funds and REITs), and corporate matters (especially in mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring transactions). He is experienced in the Japanese domestic market and represents both Japanese and international financial institutions on numerous types of financial transactions, such as syndicated loans, securitization transactions, derivative transactions, PIPE transactions, mezzanine finance transactions, and equity finance transaction
