ATLANTA – July 20, 2018 – Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP represented Aveanna Healthcare (“Aveanna”), the largest pediatric home health care company in the nation, in the acquisition of Premier Healthcare Services, LLC (“Premier”), a leading provider of pediatric services to patients in California, with additional operations in Colorado and Texas. Financial terms of the transaction, which closed June 30th, were not disclosed.
This acquisition marks the continuation of a longstanding relationship between Aveanna Management and Greenberg Traurig’s Gary Snyder, a shareholder in the Atlanta office, who led the deal team and has represented Aveanna Executive Chairman Rod Windley in a number of companies and transactions over the last 25 years.
