Greenberg Traurig Represents Eltel in the Completion of the Divestment of its Polish Communication Business

WARSAW – Oct. 15, 2019 – Greenberg Traurig, LLP has advised its client Eltel AB, a leading Northern European provider of technical services for critical infrastructure networks, listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, on the completion of the divestment of its Polish Communication business to VINCI Energies, a global player in concessions and contracting. The total consideration of the transaction is about EUR 12.7 million.

The divestment is a part of Eltel’s strategy to focus on developing the Nordic market, where the company has a leading market position and a high level of expertise.
