Greenberg Traurig Advised Cyfrowy Polsat on the Acquisition of a Stake in Asseco Poland

WARSAW - Dec. 30, 2019 - Lawyers from the Greenberg Traurig Warsaw office advised Cyfrowy Polsat S.A. and Reddev Investments Limited on the acquisition of almost 22% of shares in Asseco Poland S.A., a WSE listed company.

The transaction was completed on 30 December 2019, after the completion and settlement of the invitation to submit offers to sell shares of Asseco Poland, which was announced by Cyfrowy Polsat on 18 December 2019. The total value of the transaction amounted to almost PLN 1.2 billion.

Local Partner Daniel Kaczorowski led the transaction. He was supported by Senior Associate Marek Kłeczek. Partner Robert Gago, Head of the Competition and Antitrust Practice, is responsible for competition law aspects of the transaction.
