Greenberg Traurig's Meredith Singer Chosen for ULI Leadership Institute

MIAMI – July 3, 2019 – Meredith Singer, a shareholder in the Miami Real Estate Practice of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, P.A., has been selected to participate in the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Leadership Institute Class of 2020.

ULI’s Leadership Institute is a program that educates and prepares emerging leaders with the tools to solve southeast Florida and the Caribbean’s most critical real estate and land use issues. Participants will work on a leadership project as a pro bono advisory service and seek to provide solutions to tangible land use and real estate challenges faced by local public entities and non-profit organizations.

“I am excited to join ULI’s Leadership Institute,” Singer said. “I look forward to enhancing my leadership skills, collaborating with other real estate industry professionals, and helping to address some of the land use and real estate challenges faced by our region.”

Singer focuses her practice on representing developers in the structuring, creation, and operation of residential, commercial, mixed-use, and hotel condominiums, vertical subdivisions, homeowners’ associations, warehouse/office parks, and planned developments. Her experience centers around the structuring and initial sales and marketing of condominium and vertical subdivision projects, planned communities, and complex mixed-use developments. Singer’s practice also focuses on advising developers, lenders, and purchasers in confronting the issues related to fractured condominiums, exit strategies, and subsequent developer issues.
