Greenberg Traurig’s Blockchain Group Launches Overheard on the Block(chain) Blog

NEW YORK – May 11, 2020 – The Blockchain Group at global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP has launched Overheard on the Block(chain), a blog providing timely updates on the regulatory and legal developments in the blockchain and cryptocurrency sector.

The blog will cover topics related to investment strategies, financial registration and regulation, international tax planning and structuring, stable coins and asset-backed digital assets, token structuring, infrastructure applications, technology licensing and development, securities compliance, cryptocurrency exchanges and trading, blockchain-as-a-service, and fund formation.
