CHICAGO – Sept. 30, 2020 – Jena M. Valdetero, co-chair of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s U.S. Data, Privacy & Cybersecurity Practice in the Chicago office, will be a presenter at the 2020 MLRC Media Law Conference, Sept. 30 – Oct. 6.
On Wednesday, Sept. 30, Valdetero will present the session “Data Privacy 101.” The session will discuss data privacy and security laws, including data breach rules and obligations, California’s new Consumer Privacy Act, GDPR compliance, and more.
