Greenberg Traurig advises Tritax on the acquisition of a logistics project development

Greenberg Traurig advised Tritax EuroBox, a British investor and asset manager of European logistics real estate, on the purchase of a logistics project development in Bönen in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. The seller of the 10.6-hectare site is Dietz Group.

Tritax reported it plans to build a property with a total area of 66,500 square meters on the site of the former Woolworth logistics center. According to Dietz, the property has already been let long-term to a well-known German logistics company. Completion is scheduled for the first quarter of 2023.

Greenberg Traurig comprehensively advised Tritax on all legal aspects of the transaction by way of a share deal.
