Greenberg Traurig’s Whitney Magee Phelps is Keynote Speaker for Medflyt’s Webinar on Electronic Visit Verification & State Regulations

ALBANY – Feb. 8, 2021 -   Whitney Magee PhelpsHealth Care & FDA shareholder in the Albany office of global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, will serve as the keynote speaker for Medflyt’s live webinar on “Clarifying Electronic Visit Verification Confusion (EVV)”. Phelps will be joined by Medflyt COO and co-founder, Levi Pavlovsky, and Andrew Segal, former Director of the Division of Long-Term Care at the New York State Department of Health. Phelps provides strategic guidance, solutions, and analysis for all types of healthcare stakeholders, including providers of healthcare and developmental disability services and payors. Her experience includes arranging and negotiating complex joint venture agreements, including various alternative payment arrangements, between providers and managed care organizations, and other transactions and mergers for clients, with special attention to New York regulatory compliance. Phelps also has wide-ranging experience representing healthcare entities before the New York State Executive Branch to shape health care policy, Medicaid redesign, laws, and regulations.
