MILAN – July 9, 2021 – Frederico Barbàra and Flavia Guancioli, members of the law firm Greenberg Traurig Santa Maria’s Real Estate Practice, assisted EQT Exeter, one of the world's largest real estate investors active in Europe, Asia, and the United States, with its acquisition of a 30,500 square meter warehouse in Monticelli d’Ognina, in the province of Piacenza, on behalf of Exeter Value Venture III. The warehouse has 22 dock doors and 2 drive-in-doors, a large courtyard and has a height of 10.5 meters.
Located near Piacenza, not far from Milan and the A21 motorway, the warehouse is strategically situated to provide services throughout northern Italy.
This is one of the first transactions brought to closure by EQT Exeter in Italy since it entered the Italian market.
