Andrew Tsui to Speak at Medical Device Coverage & Reimbursement Conference

CHICAGO – Sept. 16, 2021 – Andrew Tsui, of counsel in global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Washington office, will speak at the 17th Annual Medical Device Coverage & Reimbursement Conference taking place Sept. 15-16, 2021.

Tsui will speak on Sept. 16 during part 1 of the conference's MCIT discussion titled "Deciphering CMS’ Medicare Coverage of Innovative Technologies Rule & Upcoming Impact on Device Reimbursement." The program will discuss topics including expediting access to reimbursed innovative medical devices, the impact of MCIT rule on the availability of cutting-edge technology, and alternative pathways for novel device coverage with or without MCIT adoption. Because the agency’s final rule was repealed on September 13, Tsui will discuss the current rulemaking underway, and next steps for industry.
