Jędrzej Antoszewski

• Participated in the work for PAK-Polska Czysta Energia in connection with the acquisition of a special purpose company owned by the Neoinvestment Group, responsible for the construction of a wind farm situated in Człuchów, consisting of 33 wind turbines with a total capacity of approx. 72.6 MW.
• Participated in the work for Capital Park S.A. in connection with the acquisition of a unique real property with a rich history, consisting of two plots of land in Gdańsk with a total area of 1.3 hectares, situated at the confluence of the Motława River and the Martwa Wisła, on the so-called Polish Hook (Polski Hak) and in the joint venture transaction regarding the acquisition.
• Participated in the work for Panattoni Development Europe in connection with the acquisition of an undeveloped plot located in Magnice near Wrocław.
• Participated in the preparation of opinions and memoranda regarding agricultural real estate governed by the Polish Act on the Agricultural System.°
• Participated in a transaction concerning the development and sale by YIT of over 1,000 rental premises in Warsaw to the NREP fund.°
• Participated in work for investors in connection with the creation of a joint venture with PANATTONI for the construction of warehouse projects.°
• Participated in work for leading developers in connection with the due diligence process on real estate, in particular in Warsaw.°
• Participated in advising clients in connection with the acquisition of land for residential and warehouse projects.°
