Emily H. Bryan represents clients in a broad range of commercial litigation matters. Emily has experience litigating cases brought under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Federal False Claims Act and Anti-Kickback Statute. Emily also has experience defending clients in white collar criminal matters, including conducting internal investigations.

In addition, Emily regularly advises clients regarding records retention, litigation readiness, eDiscovery, information governance, cybersecurity, and data privacy issues. Emily has experience assisting clients in the creation, development, and implementation of defensible and efficient policies and procedures, including (among others), policies and procedures related to information governance, compliance, internal controls and other business activities.
