Brooke Dunn focuses her practice on public finance matters. She counsels municipal and corporate clients on regulatory and legislative issues, as well as bond financings. Brooke has represented government entities, developers, investment banks and commercial banks as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, underwriters’ counsel, bank counsel, trustee's counsel, borrower’s counsel, and purchasers’ counsel in tax-exempt and taxable financings.
In addition, Brooke has worked with private companies to maximize government incentives, economic development and public-private partnerships. She is also experienced with housing matters and has worked on the administration of various HUD programs, including drafting policies, procedures and loan documents to ensure compliance with HUD regulations and all federal, state and local laws.
Prior to her legal career, Brooke worked in banking and real estate where she managed and directed revenue maximization strategies.
