  • Represented a private industrial developer and operator in its joint venture structuring, construction financing, acquisition, leasing, and related corporate matters with respect to individual industrial projects across the nation, including projects in Colorado, Texas, Georgia, Tennessee, Mississippi, Illinois, and Nevada.
  • Represented a joint venture comprised of a private multi-family developer and Canadian pension groups in the sale of a portfolio of over 20 multi-family REITs.
  • Represented a leading multi-family owner and manager in its acquisition of individual multi-family REITs across the nation.
  • Represented a boutique hotel developer and operator in its acquisition, construction financing, historic tax credit financing, and related corporate matters with respect to the development of individual boutique hotel projects across the nation, including projects in Detroit, Des Moines, and Minneapolis.
  • Represented a public industrial REIT its acquisition, leasing, and sale of industrial projects across the nation.
  • Represented a private retail investment fund in its joint venture negotiations with respect to shopping center projects in Texas, Pennsylvania, and Arizona.
  • Represented a private multi-family real estate fund in the acquisition and financing of a $100+ million student housing project.
  • Represented a privately-owned grocery company in its sale of a portfolio of 146 grocery stores as part of an FTC-mandated divestment process.
