Victoria Helling

Victoria focuses her practice on Litigation Project Management, providing cost-effective e-discovery solutions to clients. She is an administrative-level user in all major document collection and review platforms with the ability to quickly turn huge amounts of data into manageable, actionable tools tailored to meet a variety of client objectives. Her areas of practice include commercial litigation, antitrust, complex business litigation, and securities litigation. Victoria leads all document intensive litigation projects for the Dallas office.

Experience

  • Member of trial team for complex securities and accounting fraud case involving a month-long trial [United States v. Gluk, 1:13-cr-346-SS (W.D. Tex.)].
  • Represented natural gas company in internal investigation of chief executive officer for corporate malfeasance resulting in federal indictment for violation of antitrust laws.°
  • Represented multinational oilfield service company in civil and criminal proceedings arising from the largest marine oil spill in the history of the petroleum industry; managed team of 100+ attorneys.°
  • Represented film production company on transactional matters related to production of full-length feature filmed in Dallas, including location agreements, license agreements and clearances.°
