Thomas Hinrichsen

Thomas Hinrichsen is an associate in the German infrastructure group. He advises public organizations and companies in the fields of public law and regulatory.

He primarily advises on complex infrastructure projects in the fields of European law as well as German constitutional and administrative law. His main focus lies on the contractual and corporate structuring of public-private partnerships under special regulatory framework, such as public procurement law and state aid law. He further advises on structuring and executing complex tender procedures.

In addition, Thomas Hinrichsen has experience in the areas of competition law, foreign trade law, public construction law and environmental law.
