West Holden is a member of the Labor & Employment Practice in Greenberg Traurig's Tampa office. West focuses his practice on federal and state employment litigation and counseling, with an emphasis on the litigation of claims of discrimination, retaliation, and whistleblowing. He has experience defending single-plaintiff claims brought in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies, including the EEOC and the FCHR. West’s litigation experience includes arguing motions in state and federal courts as well as taking and defending depositions. West provides advice and counseling to employers on legal and human resources matters. West also has experience defending individual and class actions brought under a variety of consumer protection statutes.
