Brett A. Janich


Brett A. Janich maintains a practice that is fully devoted to labor and employment matters, with a particular focus on defending employers in single-plaintiff, collective action, and class action cases involving claims of discrimination, retaliation, and wage-and-hour violations.  Brett also has wide-ranging experience in providing companies with employment-related advice, training, and drafting services.

Prior to joining the firm, Brett completed a year-long clerkship with the Honorable R. David Proctor of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama and practiced at a management-side labor and employment boutique in his hometown of Birmingham, Alabama.
