  • Represented a commercial real estate brokerage in the drafting of an operating agreement and application for a Pennsylvania commercial brokerage license.°
  • Assisted in the representation of a multi-hospital health system in the acquisition of a $99 million medical office building containing over 150,000 square feet and the $85 million sale and leaseback of a suburban property in Pennsylvania to be developed and operated as a medical ambulatory care facility.°
  • Supported the representation of a national healthcare real estate company in the drafting and negotiating of over forty leases as a landlord in medical office buildings.°
  • Participated in the representation of a hotel company and developer in the leasing, development, and financing of properties in Illinois, Maryland, and Pennsylvania.°
  • Assisted in the representation of a convenience store chain in the title and survey review of approximately twenty-five sites.°
  • Assisted in the representation of a regional energy company in the title review of dozens of properties in connection with the operation of a natural gas pipeline.°
  • Participated in the representation of a family-owned real estate development and holding company in the multimillion-dollar acquisition of a shopping center in suburban Pennsylvania.°
  • Supported the representation of a nonprofit corporation in the $10 million sale of a vacant lot located near the waterfront in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.°
  • Assisted the representation of a private school in the acquisition of two properties in suburban Pennsylvania.°
