  • Counsel to regional sports network in an action seeking vacatur of arbitration award issued by Major League Baseball.°
  • Represented subcontractor in a breach of contract claim against general contractor on confidential government contract in Virginia state court.°
  • Advised executive of Japanese company in connection with Department of Justice criminal antitrust investigation and subsequent settlement.°
  • Counsel to charter school management company in parallel civil and criminal fraud investigations and proceedings.°
  • Represented municipal bond insurer as a creditor in Detroit bankruptcy proceedings.°
  • Advised reinsurer facing up to $200 million in indemnification damages under directors and officers liability policy.°
  • Represented victim of human trafficking to vacate conviction for conspiracy to commit trafficking when she was alleged to have committed the crime with the man who trafficked her.°
